Pay Range: $27.00 - $33.00 Hourly


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist with Contract documents and overall document control.
  • Create and track material procurement logs for projects. Expediate material as necessary.
  • Assist with meetings and walkthroughs for Consultants/Architects/GC's
  • Assist management with project permits and permit processes.
  • Attend and document project meetings, including agendas and minutes as necessary
  • Assist Management in setting up RFP's and assist with Bid leveling for projects
  • Assist with vendor set up/Purchase Orders and Billing, Change Orders, billing review and other estimating duties.
  • Take jobsite photos on a regular basis to document construction progress
  • Document and coordinate punch list work at the end of each project.
  • Review project specifications and track project close-out requirements. Gather, review and compile all close-out documents such that they comply with all specification requirements.


Position Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Effective written and oral communication skills are required. Excellent organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple tasks are critical. Basic computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office Suite are required.

Familiarity with Procore & Bluebeam are desired but not required

An ability to use independent judgement, be self-starting and interact well with others is extremely important.

Educational and experience requirements include: 4-year degree in either civil engineering, design or construction management or related experience preferred.


This company operates seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Shifts will generally be rotated as much as possible to be fair to everyone. At times it may be necessary to move you from your accustomed shift if business or task assignments demand (i.e. holidays, weekends, and high-volume business periods). In addition, it should be understood that business needs determine the number of hours that you work.
